I'm a coach, trainer, and speaker that helps people accelerate their timeline to reach their goals.
As the Founder and CEO of Modern Leader, senior leader a corporate, life/ professional development coach, and business consultant, I am passionate about helping people inspire, empower, and grow themselves and/or their teams.
With over 15 years of experience in leadership, banking, and contact centers,
I have acquired a unique set of credentials ranging from a BS in Communications, certifications in corporate risk management, change management, sales, strategic leadership, leadership fundamentals, DISC, and I am a graduate of the Executive Leadership Certification Program from the University of Norte Dame.
Additionally, I am privileged to be part of the Maxwell Leadership Certified team, which affords me the ability to help others accelerate their growth and achieve their goals; while also assisting them in learning to connect and engage with others in meaningful ways.

The Start Of It All
After graduating high school, I found myself trying to figure out how to navigate through life with little direction.
Unsure of what my passions or interests were - that I would be able to monetize, I spent years exploring different career options and fields of study.
As a young professional I looked for guidance, coaching and mentorship, but most of the programs and coaches were not accessible to me, as the financial investment was too high. Once I was able to make the investment, I found it difficult to connect with the coaches because I couldn't relate to them.
Building Modern Leader has been a way for me to fulfill my passion of helping others grow and develop, through quality, tried and true, coaching methods, at an affordable price.
Additionally, At Modern Leader, we not only welcome all, but we also embrace diversity. We create a welcoming space where our clients can be vulnerable, and partner with a coach on their personal and professional growth.
Our mission is to provide quality coaching to all people. Regardless of where they are coming from or where they are trying to get.
